The SARS-CoV-2 Lyophilized Nucleic Acid Detection Kit is designed for the qualitative detection of SARS-CoV-2 RNA from human nasopharyngeal swabs, oropharyngeal swabs, sputum, alveolar lavage fluid specimens. The kit is a real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (rRT -PCR) detection kit, specially targeting ORF1ab gene and N gene of SARS-CoV-2. It also targets endogenous internal control (β-globin gene) to monitor the quality of the specimen collection and extraction process. The lyophilized powder is designed for easy storage and transportation while ensuring the sensitivity and accuracy of the kit.
